Work Location: Aricestii Rahtivani, Prahova County, Romania

This position is addressed to applicants already resident and with valid work permit in Romania at the time of application.

Tasks:

▪ Operate as part of Pipeline Technologies Bid Team, coordinating the bidding activities, being in contact with both Pipeline Technologies Disciplines and the rest of Tendering Team, ensure compliance with internal procedures.

▪ Assist and support the Pipeline Technologies Technical Lead in the preparation of the deliverables during bidding stage.

▪ Elaborates together with the Pipeline Technologies Technical Lead, a plan for preparing and submitting the proposal on time, providing all other Disciplines, that are participating and assisting to the proposal preparation, with the guidelines to implement the commercial strategy for the specific project.

▪ Analyze the tender documents and specific scope of work, project schedule, resources and construction equipment to be utilized.

▪ Collect and process the detailed budgets received from the Discipline Leads for the Pipeline Technologies activities and services.

▪ Identify the critical materials to be estimated on vendor quotations basis.

▪ Take responsibility and deliver key bid documentation (technical and commercial proposals).

▪ Participate in technical and commercial meetings internally and externally with partners and clients

▪ Prepare the Technical and Commercial Tabulation of the reference vendor/subcontractor quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate.

▪ Ensure the assessment of cost/schedule of all project activities (including management/ engineering/ procurement services).

▪ Prepare the Bid Budget Summary sheet and the preliminary project schedule for Pipeline Technologies activities, for internal use.

▪ Collaborate with Tendering Team and Operation Team to optimize the time and costs impacts.

▪ Prepare the bid price breakdown and any price/cost details (if required) for Client use.

▪ Perform efficient and timely proposal handover meeting in case of contract award.

▪ Accumulate and continuously update knowledge about the Pipeline Technologies services offered.

▪ Prepare the Technical and Commercial Proposal for both Intercompany Clients and other local / external Clients.

▪ Assist and support other business lines regarding the bid requests on the local market, working with SEAP/SICAP

The ideal Candidate should preferably possess the following:

Technical University degree

Knowledge and use of IT tools (SAP Knowledge - is it an advantage)

English knowledge - mandatory medium level; advanced level will be considered a plus

Knowledge of cost-control and tendering

Capability to analyze dedicated Project requirements and to identify proper implementation actions

Good skills in organizing, scheduling, planning and activities coordination

Flexibility and adaptability to fit to tender deadlines
