Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications:

•A university degree;
•Proven experience in customer service functions (minimum 2 years) ;
•Native Romanian speaker;
•Fluency in English, plus another European language (these requirements are mandatory and will be tested during the first interview)
•Strong knowledge of SAP system;
•Good Knowledge of Excel.

4 BACK-OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be acting as a key link between different departments and teams in Europe, ensuring the continuous information flow between these parties.
You will be tasked with the correct, timely and accurate processing of data, aiming to maintain a strong relationship with the clients and the wider Diversey team.

On a more granular level your activities will be:

•Receive and process Customer data files;
•Customer matching;
•Numerate with high attention to detail, methodical, ability to copy with large amounts of data;
•Executing changes to SAP in accordance with guidelines;
•Create and/or update customer master data & pricing data on the transactional systems in a timely manner, always maintaining accuracy and ensuring that company policies are adhered to;
•Run control reports to ensure that all changes to SAP are compliant, including anything that has been manually priced.
•Run the price control reports and audit reporting.
