Administrative Assistant (Metro Convenience)

• Provide support for category managers;
• List items in the assigned category;
• Be responsible of forecasting;
• Be responsible of stock management;
• Check information and place orders for LaDoiPasi Extra stores openings;
• Check price differences;
• Communicate constantly with store managers.

To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:

• Previous relevant experience ︃​︁︄︂​︁︃︆​︂︂︉in similar roles related to Retail or Buying is a plus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Your bachelor’s degree finished;
• Proactive attitude and to be a great team player with an open and positive spirit;
• To be open to learning new things and to offering support.
