- Review Call Recordings – Listen to sales and follow-up calls to check for any mistakes or rule violations.
- Fix Issues – If mistakes are found, correct them in our system when possible.
- Request Advisor Corrections – If an application needs changes, send it back to the advisor for fixes.
- Submit Error-Free Applications – Only send applications to the carrier once you've confirmed there are no mistakes.
- Track Verified Calls & Issues – Keep a record of checked calls and any problems found in the Verification Internal Tracker.
What do you need to succeed?
- Recorded call review experience preferred;
- Teamwork and reliability;
- Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills;
- Pleasant, friendly, professional manner;
- A positive attitude, ability to multitask, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help;
- English and Spanish knowledge at an advanced level;
