Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting trade marketing and sales data to support business decisions. You will work closely with multiple departments to optimize promotional activities, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights that contribute to the growth and profitability of our retail franchise network.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and SQL (an advantage).
- Ability to work with large data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in forecasting and evaluating promotional campaign effectiveness.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and general understanding of the Romanian retail business environment.
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
- High attention to detail, ability to synthesize complex data, and provide strategic recommendations.
- High resistance to stress and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, trade marketing, or a commercial role within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret trade marketing and sales data to assess the impact of promotional campaigns.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in evaluating and optimizing promotional strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct the analysis on the correlation between promo aggressivity and customers traffic
- Develop reports, and data visualizations to track trade marketing performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and return on investment.
- Support Trade Marketing Manager with shaping the promotional brief for Commercial team
- Provide insights and recommendations for product selection and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Stock Management, Logistics, Loss Prevention, Support Office, Operations) to ensure accurate and efficient data sharing.
- Assist in developing the annual Trade Marketing Masterplan by integrating data analysis and forecasting models.
- Using available market research and competitor benchmarking identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity while working with multiple data sources.
- Carry out additional analytical tasks as assigned by the direct manager to support business objectives.
