Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and 3-5 years experienced in Infrastructure Projects to join our tender department in Bucharest, Romania.
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in using tender management software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all submissions are accurate and complete.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize all necessary documents for the eligibility submission folder to ensure compliance with tender requirements related to procedures published on SEAP platform.
Preparation of work methodologies / PTE / quality plans - required according to the award documents
Identifying the types of works that require special authorizations and the necessary subcontractors
Preparation of technical offers to participate in public/private tenders.
Ensure all tender documentation is prepared within the required deadlines, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Utilize knowledge of Windev applications to assist in the preparation and submission process is a plus.
Experience in preparing execution charts (Gantt charts) with the help of software applications is a plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tender preparation, preferably within large scale Infrastructure Projects.
Experience in studying technical documentation (technical projects, feasibility studies, etc.) and analyzing them - including formulating clarification requests to the Contracting Authorities / Beneficiaries
