- Maximize brand experience and direct consumer relationship
- Drive optimal achievement of business goals through setting aligned commercial ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈goals & measurements based on strategy and development plans
- Analyze and propose improvement plans based on fulfillment of customers satisfaction KPI's
- Act as main contact person for authorities
- Act as local brand ambassadorDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Check if communication campaigns are correctly implemented (eg. check if outdoor panels are correctly displayed, if cinema spots are aired according to the media plan etc.
- Drive sales forecast and accuracy based on weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
- Drive optimal use of resources and cost controlDrive acquisition, loyalty and sales
- Close collaboration with commercial teams (Trade, marketing, E-business, OOH)
- Co-development of (omni-channel) action plans in line with company objectives
