Sustainability Consultant

• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Romanian language.
• University degree, in architecture ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︆​︆︄or building/environmental engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, and AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.
• Attention to details; you should be able to identify shortfalls in information.
• Essential to have good data analytics background.
• Experience in project management, strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Contributing to successfully delivering tasks on projects and/or proposals.
• Organizing all activities that facilitate the smooth running of the projects.
• Managing the project certification activities.
• Reviewing the design documentation.
• Analyzing and identifying ways to improve the effectiveness of energy consumption and sustainability.
• Providing and supporting building energy & resource use analysis.
• Providing input to design team to upgrade the project characteristics.
• Providing research and updated information required as part of submission to the certification body.
• Understanding of the key sustainability (e.g. environmental, energy, carbon management, etc.) issues and drivers and how they link to business value;
• Developing support on the delivery of collection programs for energy, water, waste & CO2 data;
• Working with existing partners to deliver data that supports sustainability projects like Net Zero transition.
• Supporting the liaison with stakeholders to collect relevant Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 data and implement the findings into the strategy.
• Proactively engage with data collected to suggest optimal solutions to deliver desired objectives.
