• Absolvent de scoala profesionala sau liceu in domeniul prelucrarilor prin aschiere;
• Experienta de minim 2 ani in domeniul prelucrarilor prin aschiere;
• Alte calificari in domeniul mecanic, electro-mecanic, constituie avantaj;
• Cunostinte de utilizare a calculatorului, tiparire;
• Capacitatea de a intocmi rapoarte tehnice simple (incluzand, dar nu limitat la, numar componente defecte, tipuri de defecte, etc.

• Isi insuseste si aplica procesele fluxului de productie respectand procedurile de lucru, prin utilizarea adecvata a echipamentelor si ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀a instrumentelor, in conformitate cu matricea de competente aprobata si instruirea efectuata (detine cunostinte intermediare a produselor si proceselor);
• Intretine, utilizeaza si regleaza masinile-unelte;
• Realizeaza inspectia sculelor aschietoare pentru mentinerea calitatii si duratei de viata;
• Pregateste piesele ce urmeaza a fi prelucrate in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si ordinul de fabricatie;
• Prelucreaza piesele, in conformitate cu specificatiile tehnice si procedurile standard de control prevazute in documentele de fabricatie (lucreaza sub supraveghere);
• Monitorizeaza procesul de operare a masinii pentru verificarea acuratetii setarilor si detectarea disfunctionalitatilor sau prelucrarea neconforma, folosind echipamente de masura si control;
• Identifica produsele neconforme pe linia de fabricatie si emite fisele de neconformitate utilizand sistemul informatic;
