Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 5 years work experience in B2B sales experience dealing with corporate clients; sales in a HR environment is a strong advantage;
- Articulated and well accustomed to a client facing role;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to tailor the communication style to each prospect, adapting to their preferences and needs;
- Willingness and ability to travel locally.

- Generate leads/ identify sales prospects through cold calling, networking etc. and develop and implement strategic plans to manage the acquisition of new customers;
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
- Establish and maintain trusting business relationships with customers to better understand and fulfill their needs;
- Make visits to both existing and potential customers to evaluate their needs and identify opportunities for growth within our portfolio;
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts, as well as the necessary documentation to activate contract services;
- Prepare regular reports about the pipeline, forecast, calls and meetings activity;
- Communicate and coordinate with other internal teams in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations;
- Provide feed-back and act as a liaison between the customer and the organization.
