Senior Accountant

Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economy is a must have;
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience ︃︅︌︁︈︍︎︂​︅︆︁︉​︁︁︎️​︈︎︂︎​︄︆︁️︎︊︄︉︈︉︉︊within finance accounting - for the senior role;
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
• Have good communication and positive working attitude;
• Good planning skills and able to interact with all levels;
• Able to work independently and meticulous.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Bookkeeping and checking of the accuracy and completeness of the accounting records;
• ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀Verifying, allocating and reconciling accounts payable and receivable;
• Preparing specific reports, on request;
• Arranging payments and introducing them in the ERP system;
• Monitor and record financial transactions and general ledger accounting entries according to company policies and regulations;
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations together with the team;
• Prepare month-end closing accounting activities;
• Prepare and submit statistical files;
• Prepare regular financial reports and statements for review as related with monthly Financial Reporting and Controlling requirements or any ad hoc requested analysis reports;
• Work with the controlling team to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and internal policies and controls;
• Process monthly payroll for one of our divisions accurately and in a timely manner;
• Work cross departments and cross functions in order to achieve accuracy, completeness and timeliness of deliverables.
