Candidatul Ideal

• Fast recovery of disrupted IT services
• Telephone ︁︈︂︁︈︃︈︆︇support for questions relating to the operation of SAP applications
• Import required SAP custom notes for bug fixes
• Retesting your own corrections
• Defining and creating roles and profiles (including FIORIS)
• User recertification by deactivating and, if necessary, deleting inactive SAP users according to specified parameters
• Useradministration
• SAP Access Control (Emergency user concept)
• Segregation of Duty (SOD-risks, critical functions)
• Implementation of security policies e.g., Compliance Requirements
• Creation, evaluation and implementation of SOS reports
• Continuous, or minimum yearly, maintenance of documentation that is listed in a knowledge database and reflected in the current corporate design of the TÜV SÜD guidelines
• Ongoing identification of weaknesses and pursuit of improvements in the form of advice and suggestions with a focus on SAP standard alignment. Avoidance of own developments/actions outside the standard
• Distinguish, according to the TÜV SÜD processes, whether there is a change or an incident and what the appropriate action should be
• Support services in case of "problems", new functionalities, upgrades, projects on demand
• Support services in the area of monitoring and, where necessary, setting benchmarks for tools in use, including the introduction of best practice and lessons learned. Identifying trends and possible sources of error, for example through performance analysis
• Support services for SAP platform management, technical application support and security and access management
