• 🎓 A degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• 🎓 Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration in a multi-system environment (SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BW/4 HANA preferred).
• 🎓 Familiarity with ITILv3 practices and basic knowledge of its frameworks.
• 🎓 Strong analytical skills, a precise work style, and decision-making abilities
• 🎓 Fluent English and German B2
