As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, guiding them through the car-buying process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work remotely and communicate with clients primarily via phone, email, and chat.
What you need
• Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales (preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or related industries).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
