We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Captivate Technology Solutions SRL. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in both Romanian and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base. This role is best suited for a results-driven individual with a passion for technology and experience in sales, particularly in the IT and Managed Service Provider sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Romanian and European markets.
• Present and ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄promote our IT and MSP services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Familiarity with the MSP industry and IT services is a plus.
