What will be your duties? You will be a member of a small however cooperative team that serves the clients of BMW Group Romania.
The main tasks you will be responsible for are dealing with the incoming complaints, inquiries, occasionally investigating complex cases.
Furthermore, you are going to also take part in general customer relationship, outgoing call campaigns and handling email and phone requests.
(We do not deal with direct sales and cold calls!)

- recording and administration
- gathering further information from the BMW dealer network and competent departments and experts of BMW Group Romania
- preparing and submitting customer information responses
- Making outgoing customer service calls, such as
- Data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls
- Lead request handling and Follow-up calls
