Founded 27 years ago, the company has established itself as a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to Europe and beyond. With continued growth, we are looking to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager in Romania.
We are seeking a candidate who resides in Bucharest or another city in the southern or western region of Romania. Ideal candidates will have experience in active sales and a communicative level of Romanian and Russian.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Romanian and Ukrainian (or Russian);
- English language skills are a plus;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in active sales;
- Driver’s license and a personal vehicle;
- Willingness to travel – minimum of 5 workdays per month;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and communicative.

- Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory;
- Meet targeted sales goals;
- Identify and onboard new clients;
- Ensure timely payments from clients and fulfill contractual obligations;
- Conduct client meetings and negotiations, with travel required, and represent the company at relevant trade events;
- Monitor the "Beauty" market and competitors to refine sales strategies;
- Visit retail points of sale within the assigned territory.
