- Excellent command of Italian, English and Romanian
- Availability for hybrid workstyle (Bucharest office)
- Previous experience of minimum 6 months in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (to talk, listen and get the best out of the experience)

- Good (at least) organizing skills and flexibility
- Non-negotiable excellent team player attitude
- Ambition and great ability to work under pressure, making a commitment to help the team overcome any challenges
Descrierea jobului
- Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
- Tracking and ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄updating ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀recruitment data in our ATS tool and recruitment status reports
- Contacting and discussing with potential candidates, building and delivering the short list
- Creating and managing talent pools for frequently hired roles
- Delivering excellent candidate experience through developing and nurturing relationships with sourced candidates
- You will work in a team where we value hard work and dedication and we believe in getting our inspiration from our peers!
What a Sourcer's day looks like:
- Be an organized Sherlock Holmes: source, screen, evaluate and select potential candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates
- Be creative and persistent: attract new candidates in order to fulfill client requirements
- Be honest and open: provide guidance and feedback to applicants
- Be there for the team: participate in different business, technology and HR events
