As Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our drivers. Like no other you know how to sort out the procedures, regulations, quality standards and you succeed in putting this in order administratively.
Good knowledge of English; An excellent Communicator;
Having a good computer literacy – including Microsoft Office packages and Internet Explorer;
Able to work in an environment that is highly variable and that changes daily;
Able to establish strong business relationships with internal partners, vendors and team leaders;
Having strong analytical skills to understand and help solve unusual and varied facility problems;
Approachable, friendly and with a can-do attitude;
Paying attention to details and accuracy.

- Support with protocol activities as required by the management team;
- Greets visitors to the facility, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals as well assupport candidates at the front desk;
- Collect vendor's invoices and coordinate financial data processing towards the finance team;
- Act as a liaison between management, HR and teams;
- Meeting organization: catering services ordering, organization of meeting related issues according to requests from organizers;
- Help with documents registration (invoices, cash book, incoming/outgoing documents, contracts, mails);
- Provide guidance on applying administrative tasks;Create reports and communicate specific data as required by the operational/management team.
