Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience, in a similar position (preferably in the automotive industry);
- Deep understanding of production systems and lean manufacturing techniques;
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management tools (e.g.: Structured Problem Solving, Risk Management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Change Management);
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Industry Norms (e.g.: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3);
- Experience with tough audit situation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus);
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Directs and coordinates all facets of the Quality Management System and quality processes of JSS Sibiu, to obtain highest quality and customer satisfaction. This includes quality assurance, quality control, inspection planning, auditing and laboratory.
- Continually reevaluates quality systems in order to guarantee highest quality;
- Plans and develops quality goals and strategies according to our company quality targets and production textile functional objectives, policies and customer demands;
- Coordinates quality improvement programs to increase quality of products and meet customer expectation;
- Monitor quality standards against targets and objectives and takes corrective actions as necessary;
- Follow organizational flow for identification, documentation and monitoring of safety requirements;
- Develop good relations with important customers and suppliers at operational level;
- Promote quality innovation processes for the company;
- Appraise performance of subordinates and support their development according to the needs.
