Candidatul Ideal
- Previous experience: Min. 3-5 years on quality assurance management – control processes, procedures and best practices, such as cause & effect, six sigma and statistical data analysis; experience in ISO administration and compliance with standards experience.
- A good level of written and spoken English.
- Experience in the implementation of standards and quality requirements.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, on-site (Company Office, Calea Floreasca nr. 60, Sector 1, Bucuresti).

- Prepares the audit reports, and reports them to the process owners, department coordinator and Area Manager.
- Follows the closure of the nonconformities according to established deadlines.
- Performs field inspections in company's working points in order to verify the fulfillment of the quality requirements in the specific processes.
- Monitor and report quality performance indicators.
- Propose measures to improve the quality performance in the operational processes.
- Identify internal training needs, and provide planned internal training sessions on quality requirements.
- Ensures quality controls over facilities.
- Represents company in regulatory, customer audits, facility surveys and third party audits.
- Provides investigative support for customer complaints.
- Maintain company quality program in compliance with ISO Standards.
- Assures control of revisions to system documentation, and follow up the implementation of all relevant procedures. described in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities and establish the root causes of nonconformities with follow up the corrective / preventive action and verification of its effectiveness.
- Manage and update the nonconformities database with their current status.
- Conduct and maintain updated the risk assessments of processes.
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System to achieve compliance with the ISO 9001, 29001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
- Issues all the system documentation and is in charge of its management, including the updating, distribution, storage and filling.
- Contribute to the development of annual IMS improvement goals and objectives.
- Cooperate with the Quality coordinator for the internal audit activities and non-conformities management.
- Provide IMS documentation and specialist assistance for the tenders’ activities.
- Perform internal periodical trainings and presentations.
