2. Report necessary information, in accordance with the procedures established for this purpose, to feed the different processes of the client, superiors and the departments or units that require it.
3. Request support, information or support necessary for the correct performance of the activity from the different departments, areas and client managers.
4. Analyse, plan and organise the different tasks, by means of an appropriate distribution of tasks among the members of the team, with the objective of achieve greater efficiency, alignment of the work and optimisation of resources for the client and for Ingeteam.
5. To supervise that the work activity is being carried out in compliance with the safety, quality, environmental and maintenance criteria established and marked by the legislation, the and established by legislation, the client or the company.
6. To monitor the technical and emotional level of the work team, applying motivation, communication and training of its members according to needs.
7. Informing the work team about the evolution of the company, and informing superiors about the evolution of the work team.
8. Defence of the contract and full monitoring of the project, taking into account possible deviations.
