Candidatul Ideal
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Projects or Requirements Engineering, with demonstrated expertise in working within a global enterprise, managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering projects in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and defining functional/technical specifications.
Proficient in low-code/no-code technologies, especially PowerApps, Power Automate, OutSystems, and other related tools.
Strong understanding of integration practices, API development, and process automation within low-code environments.
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project demands.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2).
Fluency in German is a significant advantage. (>=A2)

Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee low-code platform development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality ︃︁︄︇︈︂︂︅︂standards.
Requirements Engineering: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Power Platform, OutSystems, and other related technologies.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders to define project scope, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress and challenges.
Platform Development Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure the solutions adhere to the defined requirements, scope, and best practices in low-code environments.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact project success.
Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end project lifecycle success.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for all phases of the project, including business requirements, technical designs, and user guides.
