- Has extensive hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving successful results for eCommerce businesses.
- Is highly skilled in campaign optimization, including budget management, keyword selection, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Has an excellent understanding of advertising metrics and is able to analyze performance data to make strategic decisions that maximize ROI.
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
- Is constantly learning and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of paid advertising, keeping up with the latest tools, techniques, and platform updates.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, able to clearly present strategies and campaign results to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Is a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results without needing heavy oversight.
- Enjoys collaborating with a diverse, remote team, and is excited about contributing to the success of both small businesses and large multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and budgets. ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools to monitor ad performance and gather valuable data.
- Know Google merchant and technical setup for paid Google tools.
- Analyze campaign data to make informed decisions and optimize for better performance and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages, and other elements of the campaign to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Provide detailed reports to clients on campaign performance and offer actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, including changes to algorithms, bidding strategies, and tools.
