The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day debt collection activities, implementing collection strategies, managing team performance, analyzing data to optimize collections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and motivate Call Centre teams to achieve collection targets.
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
- Innovate solutions to enhance team performance and results.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and analyze data for trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies and streamline workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience in call center, debt collection, financial services, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and best practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
