Online Manager Division

• Master and/or university diploma in economics or marketing areas;
• Proven competence in reporting,
• Experience in manage a team;
• Experience in non-banking and/or banking financial institutions will be a pluse;
• Proven ability to implement new products and procedures;
• Proven experience in team management, knowledge of conflict management and of change;
• Strong communication skills, strategic perspective and ability to anticipate trends and future opportunities;
• High degree of flexibility, good team player and high sense of loyalty;
• The ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities.

• Leads and propose the development of the company's online products and services;
• Develops policies and procedures for Online division;

• Permanently updated to online credits market or market research reports;
• Developing new sales and collections strategies for online products;
• Build, maintain and manage the team of online product;
• Manage the day-to-day planning, development, execution and control of all aspects of online credit sales and collection activities;
• Create specific initiatives to achieve online sales targets based on marketing plan and calendar and non-banking financial companies’ cooperation;
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets;
• Continuously focus on improving the overall customer experience for online users, implementing improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
