Marketing Specialist for Romanian Market

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or social media specialization;
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop) is a plus;
• Fluent in English and Romanian;
• Demonstrated skills in social media, communications, and marketing strategy;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills for each platform;
• Ability to independently evaluate campaigns and generate creative ideas;
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

• Planing and creating social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.;
• Developing innovative social media campaigns ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀and strategies to enhance brand awareness, social media presence, and company growth;
• Prepares and executes newsletters;
• Managing community interactions to enhance customer experiences;
• B2B account management and related tasks;
• Organizing and participating in photo/video shoots and events;
• Leading translation efforts and related tasks;
• Updating product, category, and brand descriptions along with blog posts;
• Video editing - verification;
• Supporting team with ad-hoc requirements.
