Key Accountability
BUSINESS STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Develop the country strategic and operational 5 years Business Plan on the ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︈︉basis of a market/ customer needs assessment (collect and analysis of data on economic, political, demographic environment, the import and locally produced vaccines).
In the framework of this country business plan, develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual action plans and price positioning for the relevant products, forecasting the marketing and sales situation. Provide tools and tactics for each segment, and product. Supervise the planning and preparation of launch activities. Monitor progresses and adjusts plans.
SALES SUPPORT
Build promotional material and plans, ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
Marketing Plans: To validate overall product marketing plans according to the agreed marketing strategy, gain acceptance for these plans and secure the correct delivery of the strategy and implementation by the sales team. To develop cycle meeting content and conduct marketing training for new medical representatives that will optimize the delivery of promotional messages to the sales team.
Promotion: To lead the development of overall product promotional plans and delivery of key messages to the medical profession so that the company’s product portfolio is presented in a consistent fashion thus reinforcing brand identity in the market.
Market research: To propose and conduct market research initiatives to obtain market data that will be a base for, or will support generated strategies.
Communication with customers: To develop and maintain relations with pharmacists, physicians, and opinion leaders through sales team calls, participation in medical congresses/conferences, focus group/advisory board meetings, and other marketing activities to gain insightful information about specific trends in the market in different regions and market sectors so as to increase buy-in of vaccination awareness concepts and brand loyalty, to facilitate appropriate micro-marketing initiatives and gain strategic support.
Collaborate with the medical team to implement product sales force training. Present and explain promotional material. Bring market access support as needed so as to help win regional tenders.
COMMUNICATION
Develop communication strategies and campaigns for the different segments (Public / private/institutional) :
Develop relationships with key health authorities and top opinion leaders
Maintain contacts with regional representatives (medical training, providing any information according to request, receiving local information, participating in local events, preparing scientific & advertising publications).
Communicate with representatives of healthcare committees, scientific & professional societies, doctors, and distributors.
Organize company & product presentations like lectures, meetings, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
Organize advertising and PR campaigns to ensure more successful activities. Maintain close contact with mass media.
Develop and manage online marketing activities
Analyze the effectiveness of the campaigns with the following presentation of the results to the staff, and General Manager.
BUDGET CONTROL
Establish Budget, propose necessary investments, and monitor expenses.
Approve all promotional expenses in accordance with the approved budget.
