Your degree is a plus, we mainly hire on attitude and we train on skills. We still require you to demonstrate the below core competencies when applying:

• Effective interpersonal skills - including the ability to listen, comprehend and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical.
• Must have the ability to work independently and in an international team environment.
• Proficient computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluent in Romanian (required)
• Fluent in English (required)
