Lead Conversion Specialist

As a Lead Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible to optimize the lead generation and conversion rates for our business. Ready for a new professional journey?

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in all marketing-related functions focused on lead generation
• Permanently focused on external possible clients- constant communication on different channels: TikTok and Instagram chatting and messaging, providing answers in a timely manner
• Research and identify new lead generation opportunities
• Pro-active identifying potential clients- approaching them with the aim of creating a connection with our business and converting them into interviews at the studio headquarter
• Using sales and communications skills in your daily activity with the scope constant increase in the number of new collaborations concluded
• Highlight key metrics, achievements, and challenges, providing regular updates to management
• Provides clear updates and action items to team

Requirements:

• Experience with lead generation and/or lead nurture for B2C
• High level of independent work, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content for lead generation efforts
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges and the ability to multitask effectively
