Junior Facilities Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Facilities Specialist to join our team!

This entry-level position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, helping with day-to-day maintenance and upkeep to meet business standards. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across a variety of tasks while contributing to the overall success of our company!

What You’ll Need:

• Basic understanding of technical maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Previous experience or an internship in facilities operations is a plus

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years within retail, real estate, or property management.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in scheduling routine maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and more).
• Use facility management software to track and update work orders.
• Collaborate with vendors, HelpDesk Team, and other departments.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and track completed repairs.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality of work.
• Support the technical department with larger projects, including maintenance tasks and vendor management.
