- Microsoft Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Microsoft O365 (installation, general configuration, Outlook email configuration)
- General understanding of IT infrastructure in terms of its active and passive components and services (general knowledge)
- Familiarity with the System Center suite.
- Experience with virtual environments (Citrix VDI, ESX).
- Basis knowledge about ITIL based methodology
- English language B2+ (along with German on the same level would be great advantage)
- Teamwork skills
- Strong communication and empathy

- Installs and configures computers according to group standards
- General understanding of IT infrastructure in terms of its active and passive components and services (general knowledge)
- Coordination of a process to deploy and launch the standard IT infrastructure at new and existing locations (cooperation with suppliers and internal specialists groups)
