IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, all while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your role

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network and system incidents.
• Managing servers and computer networks, including connectivity and security.
• Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and strategies for backup and disaster recovery.
• Collaborating with IT service providers and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Monitoring cloud servers (both public and private).
• Ensuring incident resolution complies with SLAs and accurately documenting all issues.

What we’re looking for

In addition to enthusiasm and a passion for technology, we’d love to see:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server OS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of storage equipment (HP).

Bonus points for experience with:

• Linux
• Virtualization solutions (VMware)
• Backup applications (Veeam)
