Cost Controller & Data Analyst Specialist in IT Department

• 3+ years of experience in business administration or controlling for production companies.
• Experience in data analytics in the field of IT controlling.
• Experience in creation and implementation of standard processes in different plants.
• Experience in stakeholder management in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office, data analytics in Microsoft environment e.g., Power BI, Power Automate.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP system.
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus.
• Attention to details, good communication skills in intercultural environment, self-organized, process driven and problem-solving skill.

• Create and implement standardized processes for budget management for ITO/P plants worldwide e.g., PLAN ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁vs. IST, forecasts, and OP during the year, using standard tools like power BI, alignment and reporting to local director of IT per plant.
• Offer operational support for purchase processes for ITO/P plants worldwide, create PR´s / Pos´, PoP and invoice management, report and align with the directors of ITO/P from different plants.
• Offer operational support for SLA management, contract & document management, report and align with the directors of ITO/P from different plants.
• Report and present plants budget situations according to the needs to the directors of ITO/P from different plants.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
• Create and implement efficient tools to streamline performance management processes, using BI tools like Power BI or others.

The Sebes and Cugir manufacturing locations in Romania, which include the Star Transmission headquarters in Cugir and Star Assembly location in Sebes, are Mercedes-Benz AG wholly owned subsidiaries and are an important part of the Mercedes-Benz Cars global powertrain production network.

The Sebeş location assembles transmissions for Mercedes-Benz.

The Cugir plant is home to the production of gears, shafts, high-pressure pipes and mechanically processed components for engines, transmissions and steering systems, as well as a technology center with i.a. prototype production.
