- Proficiency in using digital tools (PDA scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking – able to review inventory reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Flexibility and adaptability – able to handle unexpected situations during inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm the scheduled inventory date and start time with the partner.
- Ensure the presence of the entire designated inventory team.
- Conduct a brief pre-inventory meeting to establish the counting flow and responsibilities.
- Verify that all purchase orders (POs) are closed in the system.
- Check if all liquidation protocols have been posted in the system.
- Ensure that all previous inventories are closed and posted in the system.
- Review any open/unprocessed returns and process them according to procedures.
- Perform a cash inventory after store closing, together with the Froo partner.
- Initiate the inventory operation and scan counted SKU items into the PDA.
- Lead and coordinate the counting and inventory team.
- Sign inventory documents on behalf of Froo.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and all necessary activities for a successful inventory process.
- Review and resolve any discrepancies before posting the inventory journal in the system.
