Inside Sales Representative

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an outbound call center or in a sales position is preferred;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office program;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Good organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent cold calling skills;
- Excellent communication skills with clients;
- Good listening and selling skills;
- Proactive sales driven personality with hunter mentality;
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric;

Responsabilities:

- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding dental implants, procedures, pricing;
- Provide accurate information about ︁︈​︂︁︈​︆︂​︁︉︄our products, services;
- Address customers concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively;
- Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction;
- Maintain detailed records of doctors interactions and transactions in the SAP and CRM systems;
- Attend and contribute to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information;
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
