FGM Solar is looking for talented and motivated people to help us guarantee the next generation a sustainable future. Given ︍︁︃︁︎︄︄︇︋︁︋︀︁︁︎︍︋︃︇︃︊︂︁︈︄︁︁︆︆︇︃︌the high volume of on-going projects, we are hiring new colleagues to join our teams. Our main request is your availability on our sites or at least 3 months, in a row.
Candidates with experience in PV projects have a real advantage, but we are open to receive new enthusiastic applications.

YOUR PROFILE:

Good communication and organization skills
Results oriented approach, flexibility, ability to work in a team
Constant attention to details and accuracy
Organized with the ability to multitask and keep the timelines
Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
Written and oral fluency in English
SSM Certification
Relevant experience in a similar role of a minimum of 1 year

Main responsibilities:

Manage the HSSE policy and guidelines, ensuring this conforms to the customer’s requirements and industry best practice
Develop and maintain site - specific documentation and templates that include the Safety Program File (HSSE Procedure), Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Plans, Job Safety Analysis, and Site Induction.
Assist, deliver, and organize HSSE training to employees
Perform HSSE tasks or other duties as required
