- Keep the physical employment files updated and keep a track of the employees documents relevant for the HR processes
- Issuing new employees with enrollment documents
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
- Communicating with recruiters and other internal teams
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company
- Acting as the first point of contact for all employee's queries related to HR processes and HR systems
