We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at our client Winbet and help them thrive within the online gambling industry.
The role is 100% on-site from our HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.

Experience
- Proven work experience as a web designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio.
- Considered a plus: work experience also on print graphics
Competences & Skills
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a strong advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complete tasks on time.
- Be a team player.
- Receptive to creative review and feedback.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
- Considered a plus: knowledge of working in Adobe After Effects
- English fluent

Job responsibilities

- Create and develop all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
- Realize graphic design for landing pages, web & social media graphics, print graphics.
- Develop branding and visual identity elements for various marketing campaigns.
- Execute static or animated graphics for marketing campaigns: banners, newsletters, social media visuals.
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Stay up to date with design trends and innovations in the iGaming industry.
- Work on UI/UX elements to improve user engagement on web.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and industry trends.
