Spent at least 6 months in Zabka Polska to gain experience of ultimate convenience and operational drivers of our success in Poland. After this time you will relocate back to Romania to benefit from this experience and contribute to Romania business

Our requirements:

• You have good verbal and written communication skills in English – level C1
• You have first work experience gained during or after college (jobs, internships, student organizations). International experience is an advantage.
• You have the ability to adapt to change and the readiness to act in unexpected situations under time pressure.
• You are able to solve problems and see yourself in a changing work environment.
• You feel hungry for success and strongly motivated to achieve your goals
• You are ambitious and eager to learn and grow, and aspire to be our future leader.
