We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are near-native FRENCH speakers (B2-C1 level) who can also speak English for a level of B2 to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!

You will provide first-class service for a renowned group that sells its own brand of fashion clothing to a young audienceyears old) in over 100 countries, with over 10 million followers on social and fans all over the world.

Experience in front-office communication channels (calls, e-mails and chats).

Advanced level of French and English, both spoken and written.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent customer focus (both verbal and written).

Great team spirit but thе ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.

Problem-solving oriented, desire to investigate and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Be flexible and adaptable to new situations.

Descrierea jobului

Solving client's requests via calls/ e-mail/ chat/ social media in a very friendly way

Providing solutions regarding after-sales, order ︃​︁︃︆​︂︂​︂︀︄︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄and delivery issues

Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch

Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand

Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service

START DATE: 28.10.2024

The first day will be at the office, this will be the Friday before the start date.

Training: 7 working days (paid)

Salary: 5000 RON NET + meal tickets 35 RON/day
