Candidatul Ideal

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or reservations coordination, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
Skills:

Reservations Management
Oversee and manage all restaurant reservations using our reservation system.
Maximize seating efficiency and ensure optimal table assignments.
︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂Handle special requests and accommodate VIP guests or group bookings.
Monitor booking trends and report on reservations performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Event Planning and Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute events (private dining, corporate events, weddings, etc.) held at the restaurant.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized event solutions.
Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including set-up, décor, and audio-visual needs.
Customer Service and Guest Relations
Serve as the main point of contact for guests regarding reservations and event inquiries.
Provide a high level of customer service, addressing any issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Follow up with guests post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing Support
Promote special events, holiday menus, and other dining experiences to increase restaurant sales.
Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for upcoming events.
Maintain a database of potential clients and event contacts for future marketing initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis
Track and report on reservation trends, event bookings, and customer feedback.
Analyze data to identify areas for revenue growth and operational improvements.
