This position represents a great learning and professional growth opportunity, as you would join a team of over 130 marketing specialists that work on various Yardi products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on email marketing, to help us design and execute winning campaigns. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans that aim to expand brand awareness, lead generation & nurturing, and email automation for fast-growing products.

This position is available in a hybrid regime, working from the office at least one day per week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

Desired skills and experience:
  • At least 2 years of online marketing experience with focus on email marketing campaigns.
  • Secondary education (high school) with Baccalaureate Diploma.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements (including email marketing, conversion optimization, content management etc.) and market research methods.
  • Technically-oriented.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills.
  • Good English skills, both verbal & written.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to respond to changing priorities.
Skills considered a plus:
  • Email automation.
  • Experience in web analytics.
  • Familiar with Blueshift or other email automation tool.
  • Marketing copywriter experience.

Descrierea jobului

You would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the email marketing strategy for two of our main products, CommercialCafe ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄and CoworkingCafe. The main area of focus for this position is email marketing, with some additional tasks connected to brand awareness campaigns and on-site optimizations.

1. Email marketing campaigns and strategy:
  • You’ll create automatic email campaigns, from sales emails to newsletters, onboarding and transactional emails. This includes writing the email content, designing the email layout and setting up the campaign using a third-party tool.
  • You’ll work on the concept and marketing message that is included in each email.
  • You’ll be responsible for continuously improving our email marketing actions through A/B tests (from subject lines to call-to-actions and totally different layouts).
  • You’ll be designing our email marketing strategy in the short and mid-term.

2. Brand awareness, external partnerships and on-site marketing campaigns:
  • You’ll coordinate brand awareness campaigns, working with graphic designer and copywriter in order to deliver assets for our external partners.
  • You’ll create new on-site content or update existing one on main marketing pages to engage various audiences into using the product and deliver greater value.
  • You’ll setup on-site campaigns to increase product adoption and conversion rates through internal or external tools (e.g. popups, virtual tours).
  • You’ll be responsible with finding and testing new ways to engage users into using the product and improving the conversion funnel.
