- A natural innovator with a digital mindset and strong tech savvy
- Vocational degree in Business Administration or relevant experience would be beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written, and knowledge of German or Dutch language would be a distinctive advantage
- Familiarity with Excel, data management tools, or ERP systems (experience with STEP, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- A desire to learn and grow in the field of data management and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of Viking data structure and systems would be beneficial

In this role, you are responsible to manage the end-to-end MDM process for the online launch of new products. You ensure that our core operational process of master data collection and item creation is uniformly and efficiently defined and executed. You establish and maintain excellent stakeholder collaboration with internal parties.
You support the product creation process for all European digital properties across all categories to achieve budgeted sales and conversion goals. As a natural innovator with a digital mindset and strong tech savvy you actively implement a process of ongoing improvement for the MDM team whilst safeguarding quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- Accurately create product master data in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Perform routine checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of product data across systems.
- Ensure data adherence to regulatory, industry, and company standards.
- Manage the operational process of online product launch. End-to-end upload for all products/data in the applicable tools.
- Support and manage change efforts, and innovative approaches in problem-solving.
- Continuous optimization of speed and quality of the online launch process migrating from individual to mass processing of data.
