Data Analyst

We are searching for a Data Analyst in the Performance Data Department responsible for data analysis, data accuracy and maintenance as well as data reporting. 

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepares clear and detailed analysis reports with action plans to improve the processes within the department.
• Provides and synthesizes the data.
• Identifies and resolves any data quality issue by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing.
• Maintains contact with business departments for verification/validation of information from Leroy Merlin database.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Identifies patterns and trends in data sets.

Data Analyst Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills for manipulating big data - mandatory experience with SQL minimum 1 year
• Previous experience in reporting or data analytics ( minimum 1 year) and experience in BI technology is preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
• Analytical mind, inclination for problem-solving, attention to details and results driven capabilities
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or QlikView are desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with business partners, understand requirements and provide accurate findings of analysis.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude takes ownership and initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to see the “big picture” in order to prioritize work and help drive sales
