Customer Support

In this position, our future colleague will operate as the first point of contact for SALES Department & Our Customers and for SCM team members, other departments, plant team etc. by supporting all projects of the SCM Department.

Job coordinates:

• Location: Bucharest, Romania

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Process orders based on product availability and customer requests
• Pro-actively sort& collate all pick notes into their preferred method of distribution.
• Maintain data in ERP system.
• Liaise with dispatch responsible for delivery and stock issues
• Provide accurate and meaningful information to all relative staffs, departments and customers as and when required.
• Customer’s relationship & development
• Checking prices and liaising with customers on pricing issues.
• Dealing with aftersales issues
• Preparing shipping documents (like Invoices, Packing lists, CMR, etc.)
• Produce dispatch notes for collated loads, pallet distribution and customer collections.
• Ensure all customer delivery requirements are adhered to.

Education and Experience:

• Higher education minimun 2 years experience in customer services,
• Knowledge of computer operation, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook,
• Ability to work with numbers, extract accurate report conclusions and attention to detail,
• Experience with ERPs - Navision can be an advantage.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office - advanced use of Excel is an advantage: sum, if, match, choose, index, Vlookup, pivot tables etc.),
• Ability to manage time and more tasks at the same time,
• Assist team members in a friendly and professional manner,
• Customer orientation;
