Customer Support with French & English (Fix term contract)

• Offering best level customer support or debt collection assistance for French clients via phone or e-mail
• Assist French end-clients ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀of a local auto insurance company
• Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry
• Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
