Customer Care (m/f/d)

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
• Structured and autonomous way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• Determination and stress resistance
• Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
• Good knowledge of the English language, other foreign language skills are a plus

• Management of business relations with customers

• Prior communication for the organization and coordination of shipments
• Placing orders and checking the successful delivery
• Management and resolution of anomalies / discrepancies / delays in customer shipments with the support of operational departments
• Collaboration with the sales team
