Contract Executive with German

• Bachelor's Degree or other related studies.
• At least 2 years' of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English – both written and spoken.
• Understanding of contract clauses, key attributes, contract hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate client internal teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of MS 365.
• Enthusiasm for embracing new challenges and adapting to a highly regulated and rapidly evolving industry.
• Willingness to help customers and provide prompt service;
• Proven problem-solving skills;

• Consolidate clients contract document at centralized repository.
• This is not a permanent position, it is for a limited period ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄of time - 1 year.
• Verify contract contents, logical split of documents and establish parent-child relationship.
• Verify extracted contents for accuracy.
