- Technical university degree
- Solid background in logistics operations (the level of a supervisor operations)
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Lean tools are nice to have
- Ability to solve problems, evaluate, plan and organize work
- Ability to work as part of a team and gain commitment

- Conducting improvement projects
- Tracking of technological advances and ongoing analysis of their applicability
- Monitoring of the operational situation and ongoing support
- Raising productivity through implemented changes
- Fostering a Lean Manufacturing culture and applying the tools
- Creation and supervision of technical documentation
- Production and modification of technical drawings in AutoCad
- Creation of reports, presentations and project calculations
- Analysis and ongoing saving calculations of implemented changes
- Management of optimization projects internally and in cooperation with external suppliers
